Terms and conditions of the terminating segments of Ethernet leased lines - effective as of 01.04.2020
Magyar Telekom has been designated as an operator having significant market power in the market 4/2014 („Wholesale high-quality access provided at a fixed location”). In accordance with the market resolution No PC/1286-44/2018 of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority of Hungary, Magyar Telekom published its terms and conditions which entered into force on 01 04 2020. The terms and conditions qualify as a legal framework, under which an alternative operator may be granted access to the terminating segments of Ethernet leased lines in order to provide high-quality services to business customers. Please note, that the market resolution, the terms and conditions and the template of the network sharing agreement are only available in Hungarian.
